    • Hi Bernard,

The CLE approval for this particular edition does not include live online credit. If there’s interest, I’m happy to create a version that can be delivered live online and seek accreditation for that as a unique “webinar” style CLE program. In fact, I’ve planed to offer those in the future on various topics

The compliance rules are a bit different, logistically, for live, online events, so I don’t think I could run a live, in-person workshop simultaneously with a webinar that would qualify for CLE credit.

But I am happy to get one together for an online workshop in November or early December, if you’re interested. With your permission, I can add your name and email to a list for that, with your permission, and update you in a few weeks.

      Best,
      Sheree
